Common questions
How quickly can you respond?
When something cannot wait, we do our best to get to you quickly right across Melbourne. For areas further out, we will give you an honest ETA when you call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed through the Victorian Building Authority, with public liability insurance on every job. You are entitled to ask to see either one, from us or from anybody else who turns up.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Seven year workmanship warranty on the work we do. Products like hot water units and tapware carry their own manufacturer's warranty, which is separate and comes from the maker rather than from us.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
It depends on the size of the room, the fixtures and how much has to come out. We look at it on site and put the price in writing before anything starts, and it does not move afterwards.
Do you provide a quote before starting?
Yes. We look at the job, explain what it needs, and write the price down before starting. Nothing gets added to it later without you agreeing to it first.
What areas of Melbourne do you service?
We are based in Williamstown North and service the entire Melbourne metropolitan area, including the Western suburbs, inner city, northern and south-eastern suburbs.
Can you help with a new home build?
