Before anything comes out
Where the existing drainage runs decides what your new layout can actually do. Worth knowing before the design is locked, not after.

Rough-in
Drainage, water and waste set out and tested while the walls are still open. Nobody ever sees this work, and it is the part that fails if it is rushed.

While the tiler works
Waterproofing and falls have to be right before tiles go down. We work to their programme rather than the other way round.

Fit-off
Tapware, basins, toilet and shower fitted and tested once the room is finished, so the last thing that happens is the first thing you use.
How it runs

We look at what is there
Existing drainage, the age of the pipework and what the floor will allow. That is what tells you whether the layout you want is straightforward or expensive.

You get a written price
Scoped and quoted in writing, and approved by you before anything starts. Nothing gets added to it later without you agreeing to it first.

Rough-in, then tested
Set out and pressure tested while it can still be seen. Anything found at this stage is a fix. Anything found later is a demolition.

Fit-off and hand back
Fixtures fitted, everything run and checked, and the site left clean.

Common questions
Do you do the whole renovation?
We are the plumber on the job, not the builder. We handle the rough-in, the fit-off and everything plumbing in between, and we work alongside your tiler, waterproofer and the rest of the trades.
What does a bathroom renovation cost?
It moves with the size, the fixtures and how much the layout changes. Moving drainage costs more than keeping it where it is. We look at the job on site and give you a detailed written price before any work begins.
Can I move the toilet or the shower?
Usually, though what it costs depends on where the drainage currently runs and whether the floor allows the fall. It is the single question worth asking before the design is finalised.
Do I need to be there?
Not for the whole job. There are a couple of points, mainly set-out and fixture positions, where five minutes on site saves a conversation later.
